We explore Machu Picchu with a journey that includes panoramic train rides through scenic landscapes, providing stunning views of the Andean mountains, before delving into the ancient Incan citadel's mystical ruins. 4:00am Pickup from hotel in Cusco and we will drive through the Sacred Valley to Ollantaytambo where the train station is located
6:10am We will take the train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes, approximately 1hr40m
8:00am Arrive in Aguas Calientes
8:20am Take the bus to Machu Picchu Sanctuary
9:00am Entrance and start of the guided tour in Machu Picchu of approximately 3 hours
12:30pm After the tour, we will take the bus back down to the town of Aguas Calientes
1:00pm Lunch at a nice restaurant in town (not included) and free time to explore
14:55pm Take the train from Aguas Calientes station to Ollantaytambo
16:36pm The staff will be waiting to transfer us back to Cusco
18:50pm Arrival at hotel in Cusco
